Kevin Cieri is the chairman of the Long Branch Cable TV Commission, was co-chair between November 2007 and September 2014, and a member since April 2005. Kevin currently works as an information technology program manager for the US Department of Veterans Affairs. He has worked a combined total of over 20 years in broadcast TV (CBS), corporate TV (NJ Bell), Government audio/visual (Fort Monmouth), and as a producer/director with his own company, Network Video. Kevin has been the producer of the cable TV commission show Community Connections from 2008 until 2018. He holds a BA in Communications from Glassboro State College and a Master's degree in Technology Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology. Kevin has also been involved in numerous community service projects over many years and is an active life member with the West Long Branch Fire Company #2 for more almost 40 years.

Don R. Swanson, Ed.D. is co-chair of the Long Branch Cable TV Commission and a member since December 2002. Don is a full professor in the Department of Communication at Monmouth University, as well as the Chair, Department of Philosopy, Religion, Interdisciplinary Studies. He holds a BA in speech and theatre from Augustana College, an MA in Communications from the University of Montana, and an Ed.D. from the University of Northern Colorado. Don is also on the board of directors of the Two River Film Festival, the Monmouth County Arts Council, and is a member of several organizations promoting personal and organizational communication.
